The Marquee

Set the stage for your most ambitious events. The Marquee is Mackay’s premium large-format venue, perfect for annual conferences, awards nights, exhibitions, or gala dinners.
This 30m x 15m, high-ceilinged venue is fully equipped with

Captain’s Table Room
CAPACITY: 30 seated.
The Captains Table is located adjacent the Marina View Room and Latitude 21 Bar. This space is popular for private dining events including birthday bookings and can also accommodate business workshops and conference presentations. Facilities include Latitude 21 Bar / break-out area, 60 inch Plasma TV and projector with screen.
Marina View Room
CAPACITY: 100 seated (200 when combined with Captains Table)
As the name suggests our Marina View Room has an enviable waterfront location and tropical setting with a backdrop of the marina and Coral Sea. Facilities include full service private bar and 2 x 60 inch plasma TV’s. This room can also extend to the alfresco dining outdoor terrace for additional space or breakout area and can be combined with Captains Table Room for large functions of up to 200 people. Marina View has been a popular and impressive space for formal events.
Pool View Function Area
CAPACITY: 60 seated. 100 cocktail style
For a more relaxed celebration, consider our Pool View Function Area – perfect for pre-event BBQs, brunches, or casual cocktail parties. Surrounded by tropical gardens and overlooking the marina, it’s ideal for laid-back moments with friends and family.
